Manufacturers Recommend Retail Prices - New Vehicles:
All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices stated are those taken from the latest Renault UK Limited manufacturers recommended retail prices described in the Car Price Guide and includes delivery to the dealer’s premises, number plates, 12 months government road fund license (depending on CO2 emissions) and the First Registration fee of £50. All other products or services supplied by agreement between you and your dealer are not included. Your new Renault is covered by a 3-year warranty package - the first 2 years of unlimited mileage Renault manufacturer warranty followed by a further year of dealer cover up to 60,000 miles. Your vehicle must be serviced according to Renault UK approved standards. Your Renault requires servicing only between 9,000 and 18,000 miles or 1 year whichever occurs first (refer to the vehicles maintenance booklet). Paintwork is also guaranteed for 3 years while the anti corrosion warranty runs for 12 years (6 years for Master). In addition, the 2 years (or 3 years for vehicles registered before 01/09/06 and for light commercial vehicles, refer to the vehicles Warranty and Services handbook) Renault Roadside Assistance plan ensures prompt help anytime in the UK and N Ireland should you be unlucky enough to experience a mechanical or electrical fault en route. The specifications of new vehicles are correct at the time of going on line or when the site pages are updated.

With regard to the used vehicles displayed on the site, registering your details does not in any way constitute a sale or the reservation of the selected vehicle(s). The used vehicles shown on the site are invitations to treat and sales should be conducted with the dealer displaying them.

Renault Selections:
Selections agreements include a £99 administration fee payable with the first monthly payment and a £139 credit facility fee and £10 option to purchase fee payable with the last monthly payment. APR will vary depending on cash price, deposit and period. Selections examples are correct at time of publication and are based on an annual agreed mileage of 10,000. If the vehicle is returned to Renault Finance at the end of the agreement and the agreed mileage has been exceeded, a charge of 6p per mile excess will be payable. If the vehicle is returned to Renault Finance at the end of the agreement, it should be in good condition. If not, a further charge may be made to pay for any accidental damage to the vehicle or excess wear and tear with regards to its age and mileage. A guarantor may be required.
General Information:
Details supplied by you will be held in RCI Financial Services Ltd's computer records. If you are applying for finance, your application will be assessed by Renault Finance using a process known as "Credit Scoring" and by searching the files of Credit Reference Agencies who will record this search. RCI Financial Services Ltd will disclose details about you and your Agreement to Credit Reference Agencies who may make them available to subscribing lenders for future credit assessment or fraud prevention. All information may be used by RCI Financial Services Ltd, and may be disclosed to RCI Banque S.A. Group Companies and to others, for marketing (by post, telephone, e-mail or fax) and other purposes subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Renault Finance Protection:
To qualify for Renault Finance Protection, you must be between 18 and 65. As with all insurance policies, there are some exclusions. Details of the policy including on the exclusions will be provided.

Pinnacle Insurance plc is a BNP Paribas company. The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. English law will be the law which applies to the insurance (unless you ask for another law and the Company agrees to this before the commencement date). You can at any time ask for detailed information about the Company's compensation arrangements if it goes into liquidation and cannot pay its debts.
If your loan is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and you settle your loan early, you may receive a part refund of premiums which will be used to reduce your settlement figure, provided that you have not made a successful claim. Your refund will not be calculated proportionately but in accordance with the Rule of 78. If you would like examples of how much of your premium will be refunded please write to the lender.
